Meet the Teacher Ideas (help from fellow bloggers)

Meet the Teacher day for my school is Friday 9/1. One of the things I plan on doing is having a Parent Survey and  Class Information Sheet on every child's desk for the parents. I attached both as Google Docs and you can click on the title in the sentence able to view.
