Blog Help!...Please

I don't know what happened but for the past week or so my blog has only allowing one (or two) post per page. I checked my settings and I have it to show 10 posts per page, but every time I post something it still makes a new page and to see my other posts you have to click "older posts".  If anyone knows why this is happening or how I could get it to stop I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!  :)
