Guided Reading & LP Freebie!!

Hello All! I am a very detailed planner and super organized person. So, I have chosen to create my own lesson planning, guided reading planning, and grade book templates to better fit my needs and help me stay better organized. I have attached the guided reading/anecdotal note freebie below.

I plan for every group on the same sheet. The blocks are separated by numbered days instead of days of the week because I do not meet with every group every day but on different days and some more than others. I have also included an anecdotal notes sheet. This is what I take notes on during the guided reading group. Each group will get their own sheet and the boxes will be split by student. I hope this helps someone! Enjoy!
